emerge poverty free (formerly World Emergency Relief)
(Verified non-profit organisation)
Jeremy Horner says: Hi there,
emerge poverty relief are an International Relief and Development Organisation focusing on children in developing countries. We work in 13 different countries through 16 local partners.
I have seen your offer and our Burundi partner would be interested in the beds and trolleys but not really the hoists. They manage a 60 bed hospital, several rural clinics and health centres and a surgical and operating theatre with 30 bed spaces to ensure affordable health care for the poor.
I am assuming that the beds are mechanical, not electronic but if you can clarify that will help.
We ship donated goods around the globe to supplement our cash grants programme (either containers or airfreight) and we would be delighted to partner with you in this. We can arrange collection and the goods would go to Glasgow where the next containers will be loaded in a month or so. If you would like to take this further then please let me know and we will of course be able to provide the usual feedback so you can see where they go and the benefit they bring.
Kind regards, Jeremy
