Caritas Morocco helps national non-governmental organizations to care for and support the most marginalized groups such as the poor, people with physical and learning disabilities, vulnerable women and prisoners. It also runs development and irrigation projects in rural areas. With support from national and international non-governmental organizations, Caritas Morocco is involved in relief and reconstruction projects, particularly after the Hoceima earthquake in 2004, and has helped to fund the building of a new school.
