Who are you trying to help? What issue are you trying to address?

We are a women’s cooperative making high quality shea butter body care. We currently employ 200 war affected women in Kenya and Sudan who support their families through this business. Our product currently sells to International market via our website. We are committed to returning a high yield of our profits to the women who produce the shea butter and we work in support of Fair Trade. We need business management and marketing support to continue to develop our organisational model.

    Women for Women International supports women in war-torn regions with financial and emotional aid, job-skills training, rights education and small business assistance so they can rebuild their lives. WfW operates an individual sponsorship programme whereby funds from private sponsors are used to help women receive job-skills training, business and money management basics and rights awareness education.
