Global Hand
(Verified non-profit organisation)
Matthew Gow says: This is a very noteworthy offer. Global Hand, the organisation behind globalhand.org and other partnership matching portals, would be interested in discussing the possibilities of a partnership with IEEE on a number of levels. Harnessing even a fraction of the IEEE's professional members could have a remarkable impact on global issues. We look forward to further discussion!

Somaliland University of Technology (SUTECH)
(Unverified non-profit organisation)
Somaliland University of Technology says: Somaliland University of Technology says: Somaliland University of Technology says: I am the President of the Somaliland University of Technology. Our university is non profit organisation. We work in a very harsh environment where we don't have conventional electric supply. We are about 10 Km out of Hargeisa City. We use a small generator which is not enough. The village we are in and beyond have never enjoyed electricity. Rural electrification is non existent although half of the population live in the countryside.
We would like to partner with you in this noble project for training purposes. We would like to develop the solar system in our campus and train our students to develop the system within. This would be a break through for all the dark villages in the Somaliland and create jobs for a good segment of young people. This will eventually contribute to the poverty alleviation process in Somaliland.
I would be pleased if you could consider partnering with us at your earliest convenience.
Thanks for making this offer.
