T.E.A.R.S. (To Educate All Responsible Societies) International is a California-based NGO dedicated to assisting children and their families who become innocent victims of gang violence. The organisation provides burial and financial assistance, housing relocation, disabled medical equipment, counselling, transportation and referral services, and works closely with Social Services. T.E.A.R.S. also aims to educate and inform gang members about the way in which gang violence and criminal activities impact on communities and individuals.
