Uganda Sport for Health, Recreation and Development (USHRD) is an NGO that exists to help people in the Isingiro district improve their quality of life through sports such as soccer, volley ball, net ball, and athletics for schools and communities. The organisation has completed a girls’ sports project in secondary schools supported by the Australian Sports Commission.
