Africa Intercultural Development Support Trust (AIDEST) is a non-profit organization registered by guarantee, with a mission to increase sustainability and self-reliance of underprivileged communities in Uganda by providing basic education to children from poor families, empowering youths and women in vocational skills and entrepreneurship development, promote agriculture for economic and sustainable developmen, clean energy and innovative technology. The organization invests more in young people (men and women) as social entrepreneurs, biogas energy as renewable and waste management, sustainable agriculture and farm development – using innovative and affordable approaches.

The organization has offices in Central Uganda region – serving communities in Masaka District, Bukomansimbi District, Mukono District, Sembabule District, Mabarara District, Kyotera District, Rakai District, Moroto District and some parts of Karamoja region.
