Samaritans Foundation is a local charity, headquartered in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia and is one of Australia’s largest regional welfare organisations. A wide range of services are provided for children, youth, families and those with disabilities in the Hunter, Manning and Central Coast Regions. Supported by the Anglican Church, Samaritans is focused on building community – developing connections between clients and services, clients and families, clients and the community, between services and through establishing effective partnerships. Samaritans delivers more than 118 welfare and community service programmes in 100 locations each year.
