The Women & Children’s Hospital Foundation Inc is the charity branch of the hospital in South Australia which provides funding for various projects connected to the hospital.

The Foundation’s projects include: purchasing equipment; supporting research; improving patient facilities; funding scholarships and fellowships to young scientists; promoting preventative health measures; public education on child and women’s health; developing community health programs; and Arts in Health programs.

The Foundation receives monetary donations to support their work, as well as various donations-in-kind.
