Mindframe Stage & Screen (MSS) is a project funded by the Australian Government’s Mindframe National Media Initiative, aiming to promote accurate and sensitive reporting and portrayal of suicide and mental illness.

It is a partnership between the Hunter Institute of Mental Health, the Australian Writers’ Guild, SANE Australia and a group of scriptwriters. They provide practical advice and information to support those involved in the development of film, TV and theatre to help inform truthful and authentic portrayals of mental illness and suicide.
