Millennium Promise is the leading international non-profit organization redefining the approach to ending extreme poverty and achieving the Millennium Development Goals in rural Africa, moving communities from hunger to self-sufficiency by 2015.

We oversee the Millennium Villages Project, which provides a holistic range of services and programs in the sectors of agriculture, education, health, infrastructure and business development. The initiative currently reaches well over 500,000 people in 80 villages across 14 sites in 10 countries in sub-Saharan Africa.
