Child / Women Welfare Foundation is a nonprofit organization undertaking charity works. This organization was created to relieve the suffering of the affected people of conflict in Anglophone Meme Division, South West Region of Cameroon. The ongoing crisis/conflict that started in 2016 has negatively impacted the lives of many Cameroonians.

The mission of CWWF is : To promote and enforce the rights of women and children, address the needs of the less fortunate and underprivileged, improve the health status of women and adolescent girls and empower women and their families economically through the promotion of sustainable farming.

Vision: CWWF envisions communities/societies where women and children are valued and treated with respect and dignity, poverty eradicated as families are economically empowered and transformation of the poor health status among rural women and adolescent girls population.

The broad objectives of C.W.W.F are: (a) To support the economic empowerment of women and girls through the promotion of sustainable farming and making micro-credits accessible and (b) To promote the protection of the rights of women and children as enshrined in the United Nation’s International Human Rights instruments, and provide for the well-being of needy children, women, elderly, and the disabled © To improve health among women and girls through Community Health Education programs, and aid in situations that require medical and legal interventions (d) To foster community development through the establishment of facilities for vocational and health-related training for men, women, and youths.

To realize these objectives, C.W.W.F will network and enter into partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, the Private Sector, the Church, and other entities who desire to see a turnaround of the depressed socio-economic situation in Cameroon; especially in the rural areas.
