Objectives of ECHO
- ECHO is established for the purposes of promoting the interests of the Community with respect to:
- Improving the quality of life and poverty reduction within communities;
- Improving access to basic water, sanitation and hygiene services for vulnerable communities;
- A low carbon and climate resilient society;
- Gender inclusion for sustainable development
- Social accountability and strong institutional mechanisms for sustainable development at community level.
