The World Health Organisation (WHO) is a United Nations agency, established in 1948, that aims to coordinate international health activities and to help governments improve health services. The WHO in China provides long-term technical support to the China Department of Health in areas including health promotion and education, immunization, disease surveillance and control, environment health, and more.
