The Ecological Fund of Kazakhstan conducts scientific and environmental research, including research on habitat mapping, alternative energy sources, and environmentally related health problems. The fund is interested in an exchange of information with foreign NGOs in a variety of areas, including: publication of environmental children’s books; joint arrangements of ESL courses in Almaty; and partnerships to devise and construct sewage and waste treatment facilities.
