Green Cameroon is an NGO established to assist in conserving Cameroon’s rich biodiversity by working on practical solutions to solve conservation problems. The organisation paysclose attention to sustainable development and rural community livelihoods and is committed to fighting environmental problems like deforestation, unsustainable farming practices, and improper waste disposal methods. Green Cameroon also focuses on environmental education and has set up several environmental clubs from primary to high schools and takes part in sensitization events such as the Green Week Campaign.
