This is a relatively new fiscally sponsored project of Social Good Fund. The objective is to provide the life changing rolling Rotary water barrel to people in developing nations, alleviating the burden of carrying water. Thr prinary area of concentration is the Western Hemisphere, working though existing ministries and NGOs, who provide the local knowledge and expertise to distribute the barrels to those that need them the most. The operating philoshophy of the in-country NGO is given preference in how distribution is accomplished.
