The organization’s goal is to create program initiatives that support participants by creating positive structures in their lives that will ultimately help promote civic responsibility in the future. TIINOA strives to encourage dreamers, connect others, and make positive change in the world. They offer guidance and mentor the development of each person’s mental, physical, emotional, social and spiritual well-being. With encouraging lessons of good sportsmanship, personal accountability, and self-esteem, the organization believes that these are essential qualities for individuals to develop in order to live productive, self-sufficient, happy, and fulfilling lives. TIINOA is committed to nurturing lasting relationships with client families, staff, volunteers, donors, and the communities they serve.
