Founded in 1945, CARE is committed to helping families in poor communities CARE works with poor communities in more than 70 countries through various programmes intended to provide lasting solutions to poverty. In Mozambique, programs focus on long-term development in agriculture, water and sanitation, micro-credit and savings, health, HIV/AIDS, education and emergency response.
