re-deploy working groups of national and global volunteers alongside
implementing partners to interact and actively participate across working project environments, engaging with the private and public sector, CSO, agencies among other bilateral and multilateral donors to increase effectiveness and productive capacity of the civil society groups in the Community Development Network (CDN) Agenda.
