Opportunities Industrialization Centres (OIC) is an international organisation working to fight poverty in rural populations through increased agricultural production and micro-finance support programs. In Niger, OIC works with grass roots organisations providing support to women’s groups. OIC also provides micro-finance; trains health program managers; runs business training programs; and supports HIV/AIDS projects for mothers and children.
