Hope of the Community Foundation is a non profit organization registered under the registration number SA 17135, based in Tanzania. Its mission is to improve the life of marginalized under-served people by alleviating poverty,injustice and inequality.

Objectives of the organization include;
1.Health,economic,social and welfare of the community poor groups improved in Kigoma region
2.Reduced marginalization,inequalities and injustice directed to vulnerable groups in Kigoma region.

Hope of the Community Foundation implemented its activities through the following focused areas;

• Health,
• Education .
• Income Generation and entrepreneurship
• Human rights and gender issues
• Advocacy
• HIV/ AIDS prevention, and support
• Environment conservation

The organization works with internal and external partners to carry out the intervention activities especially in Kigoma region.
