Aid For Children and Aged Foundation, herein after referred as AFCAF Development group is a charitable non-profit Organization dedicated to assist the most disadvantaged people in society. This includes particularly the youth, women and children affected and infected with HIV/AIDS in Uganda. To control the spread of HIV/AIDS and youth redundant, AFCAF is seeking to identify, promote and support income generating activities in agriculture and out of agriculture, education and poverty eradication using community participatory appraisal method.
By implementing the above program, the Organization will be able to promote self help initiatives through informal sector development in rural agriculture and informal micro and small scale enterprises. This will involve provision of community based financial services and enhancement of women’s ability to run business. It will be achieved by providing the beneficiaries with knowledge on proper business practice and increasing their income earning opportunities. financial and martial support for HIV/AIDS control.
