Topping Crue Foundation foundation is a registered non-profit community-based organization located in Kasiya ward Libuyu Livingstone. Topping Crue is fighting poverty and vulnerability in libuyu community through provision of community education and community empowerment programs with a number of goals that make hands-on contribution towards the sustainable development goals. Topping Crue works closely and in a holistic way with the Libuyu communities of from A section to G section as well as in three villages of Kalaluka, Samson and chileleko of libuyu Livingstone Zambia.

Topping Crue Foundation has dedicated efforts to protecting human rights and ending human rights abuses. Hence through their work they strive to maintain and document violations and call for remedial action at organization, governmental and grass-roots level. Through their work they render public support and condemn all sort of abuses especially violations of prisoners, detainees and all circumstantial children in the prisons across the country. Topping Crue also back up all human rights effort by strong public advocacy project against any kind of human rights abuse.
