Cruz Roja Panameña is a member society of the International Federation of the Red Cross. The organization provides medical and humanitarian assistance during disasters/emergency situations, as well as preparedness training. It is additionally engaged in various community development efforts, such as juvenile violence prevention programs and social assistance programs for refugees.
