UNICEF - United States Fund
Unverified non-profit organisation
Founded in 1947, the US Fund for UNICEF (United Nations Children’s Fund) supports UNICEF’s work by raising finance for its programmes and increasing awareness of the challenges facing the world’s children. The five key priority areas for the Fund are education, emergencies, HIV/AIDS, immunization and malnutrition. As well as educating the public about children’s issues in developing nations, the US Fund for UNICEF lobbies Congress to back legislation that protects children.
