GOAL is an international charitable organisation founded in Dublin in 1977. The organisation works towards ensuring that the most vulnerable in our world and those affected by humanitarian crises have access to the fundamental needs and rights of life, i.e. food, water, shelter, medical attention and primary education. GOAL responds to man-made and natural disasters, providing emergency food and shelter programmes, rebuilding schools and hospitals and repatriating and rehabilitating refugees. GOAL also advocates on behalf of poor communities.
