“Merhamet” MDD, Regionalni odbor Sarajevo is a Humanitarian Organisation Regional Board of „Merhamet“ Sarajevo. HO Merhamet Sarajevo was founded in 1913 and has been successfully performing its mission all the time, and that is helping the socially vulnerable, the elderly and people who have no close relatives. At the time of the Covid-19 pandemic, our task came to the fore especially as it increased the number of those in need.

2 projects that would be highlighted : Home care for the elderly, disabled and immovable and Merhamet’s Public Kitchen „Imaret“ where 800 of users come for a meal every day along with 150 other to whom this group brings food to their home address. This number of beneficiary is increasing daily.
