Pefa Child and Youth Development Center is a church based organisation that helps in providing the needs of the orphans and most vulnerable children in the community. Tghe Center is running orphanage and children homes alongside their partnership with compassion international to ensured that the children they have got some food ,sheltered for ,clothing and they also attend the school. The Center also ensures that the children they are serving have the access to medical facilities. We believe in the dignity and the potential of every child. The Center currently has 700 beneficiaries within their program.

The Center provides an opportunity for children in poverty to rise above their circumstances and become all God has created them to be. The holistic child development model to the contextualized to best deliver the whole-life care for the children in need in Oloikarra Community.
