Hope of the Open Heart (HOH) operates a home caring for HIV positive babies in Chiang Ria, a province in Thailand worst hit by the AIDS pandemic. It also offers self-contained cottages for HIV positive mums to live independently with their baby, then hospice care when they are no longer able to live independently. HOH conducts community visits to provide support for people with or affected by HIV/AIDS.
