Ciudad don Bosco is a home for former street children in Medellin. Established by the Silesian Fathers in 1965, the home provides education and vocational training in a family environment for up to 800 children, many of whom have been recruited through the activities of street educators and outreach workers from Funvini, a partner NGO working with the city’s street children.
