MacArthur Foundation Russia, an office of the US-based the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, is an independent grant-making institution working for the development of knowledge and the improvement of the human condition. Grant program of the Foundation in Russia aims to support effective mechanisms for protecting human rights and promote the participation of Russia in multilateral efforts to resolve global problems.
