The “SABR” Center is a non-profit, non-governmental organization whose mission is to improve the socio economic situation and protect the interests of the most vulnerable layers of society – women and children. We provide support, encouragement and opportunities to have an independent life in a safe environment. We respect human rights and equal access to resources regardless of gender, faith or disability.

SABR provides consultative services of socio-psychological and legal aid, working for and with women and children under physical and mental stress, and aiming to create a better environment for them.
