Ligue des Sacrifices Volontaires pour les Droits Humains et d’Environnement (LISVD is a human rights NGO in Rwanda. LISVD works on the following issues: participative democracy and and promotion of human rights, gender equality, conflict resolution, victim protection, education on human rights and reform of transitional justice. The organisation provides free legal advice on human rights, and monitors human rights abuses. The organisation also aims to simplify legal documentation.
