Association for the Promotion of the English Language (APEL) enables English language studies primarily among college and high school students, businessmen and soldiers, hosts an e-learning centre, and also connects teachers, leaders, students and group members from Dakar, and eventually throughout Senegal, to enable them to collaborate on academic and cultural projects and establish international friendships.
