Open Society Institute Assistance Foundation (OSIAF) – Azerbaijan, a part of the Open Society Institute network of foundations, supports programmes that focus upon issues of law, politics, education, communication, and human rights. OSIAF-Azerbaijan focuses primarily on programs in three major areas: communication, education, and natural resource transparency.
