Relief International (RI) provides emergency, rehabilitation and development services that empower beneficiaries in the process. RI’s programs include health, shelter construction, education, community development, agriculture, food, income-generation, and conflict resolution. Relief International-Schools Online (RI-SOL) has a sustained presence in Tajikistan. Nearly 17 years later since its presence in Tajikistan, RI-SOL continues to be a leading global organization in the promotion and integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) methodologies in schools. RI-Tajikistan’s programs in particular focus upon building global connections and exchange programs as well as youth leadership. Such programs are designed to bring out individual citizens’ freedom of speech in order to encourage a more democratic and diverse environment.
