Founded in 1998 in Kyrgyzstan, New Perspectives Fund is a not-for-profit organization promoting equal status for women and girls, and their full participation in economic, social and political life. Its work includes an internet centre for women; a training programme in information and communication technologies and multimedia; courses focusing on social and economic issues (e.g. how to start a company); counselling and advice related to employment and self-employment opportunities for women.
