The initiative aims to promote CSR information exchange and help organizations and individuals seek suitable partners by providing an authoritative English-Chinese directory of major organizations and practitioners with CSR-relevant projects in China.

The CCM directory contains profiles on government, international organizations, enterprises, service providers, non-government organizations (NGOs), media, academic institutions and online resource providers. Their CSR definition consequently covers diverse fields, such as labour standards and supply chains, anti-corruption and transparency, environmental protection, health and safety, philanthropy, education, arts, women and children protection, social responsible investment (SRI), etc. Profiles of organizations provide information on their background, summaries of relevant CSR activities, project partners and publications. Profiles of practitioners provide their CSR background and experiences.
