Somaliland University of Technology (SUTECH) is a non-profit, non-political, non-partisan tertiary educational institution in the breakaway republic of Somaliland. The University was founded in the year 2000 under name of "Hargeisa College of Applied Arts and Technology.

SUTECH aims to provide high-quality technology education that meets the evolving social and economic development needs of the communities it serves. In particular, the university focuses on enabling students to succeed in achieving their individual career and life goals. SUTECH is also concerned with gender issues and the plight of disadvantaged people and in this regard offers a women empowerment course in partnership with CARE International.
