Community Development Foundation (CDF) initiates and supports a number of community development projects and programmes in the Wakiso District of Uganda. These focus around primary health care, basic education and training, agriculture and farming, empowerment of marginalised groups and community-based income generating projects.

CDF is a charity and a social enterprise working to develop and lead community-based strategies which empower people to influence the decisions that affect their lives.

CDF are experts in developing and delivering projects and programmes that create lasting change in communities, strengthen local voices, help shape communities and change lives.
