Halder Institute of Career Making trains candidates under MSME & MES during the last few years and also provides training of soft skill, beautician, computer program, tailoring etc to literate through the institution independently without any aid still date. They have also played an active role in helping those people who were affected in the flooding that occured in the Sunderbans, South 24 Parganas, Jammu and Kashmir. They also distribute books and cloths to help the people in need. They aim to build school and training centres with the fund and donations received providing proper education by which the candidates will become self-employed and afford education for their children.
