Addressing socio-economic needs of the population, woman empowerment, democratic governance and political development, employment, institutional capacity development, environmental management, public-private sector partnership, and development policies are just a few areas to name that UNDP may support the Government of Bahrain. Expanding the UNDP-Government partnership in terms of size and scope, and addressing some of the procedural areas will greatly contribute to efficiency and effectiveness of the already successful existing cooperation.
