Established in 1986, the Fisek Institute implements occupational safety and medical programs with a specific focus on social risk groups such as working children, female child labourers and women. Fisek Institute has administered several studies of at-risk working populations. The Fisek Foundation charges a small fee for services to workers over the age of fifteen and has also received finanical support from the Population Council and the International Labour Organisation’s Programme on the Elimination of Child Labour.
