Plenario de Mujeres del Uruguay (PLEMUU) has as its main objective the improvement of the lives of women in Uruguay. PLEMUU believes that education is the best instrument to enhance the quality of life, develop the capacity to create human relationships respectful of the differences, and integrate women into the labour market with the knowledge of their rights and responsibilities. PLEMUU supports these aims for women through its programmes.
