The National Culture and Arts Foundation (NCAF) is a non-profit organisation that aims to support and promote high standards of artistic and cultural expression in Taiwan. Formed in 1996 and based in Taipei, NCAF’s focuses are research into the latest artistic and cultural developments, make available grants that support aspiring artists, offer awards which celebrate outstanding contributions and the promotion of public interest and involvement in the arts. NCAF receives its funding from government, business and private sources.
