Tee 4 Women’s vision is to evolve more confident female leaders of color to be equipped and passionate about becoming creative, innovative leaders of Businesses, Organizations, Social Enterprises, Social Change Agents in their immediate community, nationally and internationally.

The organization is dedicated in seeing that youth, especially girls and women from disadvantaged socioeconomic backgrounds and community, are giving the same fields of play to showcase and contribute their talents, gifts, passions and voice to the development of peaceful and sustainable future.

Tee 4 Women focuses their attention in using Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (S.T.E.A.M) in Creative and Innovative Ways.
