The Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore (MINDS) is a voluntary welfare organisation working to further the educational, vocational and social needs of the intellectually disabled. Servicing around 2400 individuals, MINDS operates 4 Special Education Schools; 3 Employment Development Centres (EDCs); 3 Training and Development Centres (TDCs); 2 Homes (one for adults, one for children); and 1 Hostel (for adults).
