Paddy’s Jewel is a small privately funded NGO registered in Australia and working in Viet Nam. The organisation assists deaf and hard of hearing children in Hoi An. Paddy’s Jewel has no government or religious affiliations and is simply a group of like minded people who wish to “Pay It Forward” ( see www.payitforward.com ).
