Special Children Special People (SCSP) is a Ugandan NGO that works for people with special needs, aiming to help people with disabilities to integrate into their society. The organisation works with children with disabilities and their parents through capacity building, vocational skills development, and early intervention therapies. SCSP also promotes the extension of welfare benefits for people with disabilities, and advocates against the stigma attached to disability. SCSP runs three programmes focussing on education, outreach and integration with people without disabilities through sports, games and other joint activities designed to help in building a more tolerant society.
